The bedroom has a large double bed (160*200cm), with two bedside table on one and the other side, air conditioning and a large wardrobe. The wardrobe contains all the necessary bed linen and blankets.
The living room has a pull-out sofa, which comes as a bed (150*190cm) with a mattress of 8cm fatness on top. The living room also has air conditioning. Internet (wi-fi) is free.
In the living room has a smart TV with about 200 channels, among which are the popular channels for watching movies HBO 1,2,3 and Cinemax 1 and 2. The apartment does NOT have a landline phone.
The bathroom is separate and has all the basics. Extras include: hair dryer, washing machine (with detergent and dye remover), body and hand towels, body shampoo and liquid soap, boiler (hot/cold water).
There is a dining table with four chairs on the glazed balcony. On the terrace there are 2 parasols with a small wooden table and three chairs.
Parking is free, there is also a garage. It is provided with a ramp, so only those with a remote control can enter the parking lot.
